Terms of Use

MasterCraft Builders Network is a project concierge and referral service. We introduce homeowners to independent contractors. We do not perform construction work, supervise work, or act as a general contractor on any project.

Our referral is free and creates no obligation to hire anyone. Any contract you sign is between you and the contractor. Pricing, scope, schedule, warranty, permits, and workmanship are that contractor's responsibility, not ours.

Contractors in the network are independent businesses, not employees, agents, partners, or joint venturers of MasterCraft. There is no fee to claim a project. If a referred homeowner signs a contract with the contractor, the contractor pays MasterCraft 12% of the signed contract amount, invoiced when the contractor collects the first draw. If the project never closes, the contractor owes nothing. Contractors must maintain current licensing and insurance appropriate to their trade and jurisdiction.

We make no guarantee that a project will be matched, that a contractor will call within any specific time, or that a project will be completed to any particular standard. Content on this site is provided as-is.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MasterCraft Builders Network is not liable for any loss, damage, defect, delay, injury, or dispute arising from work performed by a contractor. Your remedy in any such matter is against the contractor.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
